Overview

This research extends Task-Technology Fit (TTF) theory by incorporating feedback as a dynamic construct shaping the temporal evolution of fit, utilization, and performance outcomes. Drawing on Control Theory and Expectation Confirmation Theory, the paper develops a framework where feedback mediates adjustments in how individuals perceive fit alignment.

The work aims to operationalize these relationships for longitudinal studies and hierarchical linear modeling analysis.
